At Damji Pasu & Co., we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality pulses and maintaining complete transparency in all transactions.
All our products are thoroughly checked before dispatch to ensure accuracy, purity, and consistency.

1. Returns
We follow a strict return policy.
Returns are accepted only in the following case:
If the wrong product or wrong quantity has been supplied.

In such cases, the issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, along with a copy of the invoice and supporting proof (such as photos or delivery documents).
Returned goods must be unused, unopened, and in the same packaging condition as received.
No other return requests will be accepted.

2. Refunds
Payments made through our HDFC Smart Payment Gateway or any other payment mode are considered final and non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed only under the following exceptional circumstances:

If a payment has been made by mistake, or
If an excess amount has been paid beyond the invoice value.

To initiate a refund request, the customer must contact our accounts department in writing within 7 working days of the transaction date and provide:
Proof of payment (transaction ID or bank reference number)
Payment date and amount
Reason for the refund
After internal verification, approved refunds will be processed to the original source account within 7–10 business days.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the banking system or payment gateway.
