De Husking

We use edible oil for dehusking, a traditional and gentle method that preserves the dal’s natural quality, color, and taste & shelf Life
Unlike many in the industry, we do not use water in the dehusking process.
We continue to follow this traditional process because it delivers unmatched purity and ensures that the dal retains its natural aroma, texture, and nutritional value.

Sun Drying
After dehusking, the dal is naturally sun-dried — not mechanically dried — to retain its natural color, aroma, and nutritional value - even though Sun dry Process is more time-consuming, requires more manpower, and increases production cost.
This traditional method gives the dal its authentic taste and longer shelf life.
Grading & Sorting
Once dried, the dal undergoes grading, cleaning, and color sorting using the latest modern machinery.
Our advanced equipment ensures uniform grain size, consistent quality, and excellent presentation — making our dal stand out in both taste and appearance.
Colour Sorting
To ensure flawless quality and appearance, we use the latest and most advanced colour sorting technology at our manufacturing units.
