    3 keri ® toordal phatka

Welcome to DAMJI PASU & CO.

At Damji Pasu & Co., we take pride in producing Toor Dal 3 Keri, a naturally processed Phatka Dal crafted with honesty, care, and tradition.

Unlike commonly available polished dals, our Natural Phatka Toor Dal is made without using leather pattas or stone powder — ensuring complete purity, hygiene, and food safety.

The dal’s natural golden shine comes from traditional oil-based dehusking and sun drying, not artificial polishing.

Manufactured at our Suresh Pulse Mills in Siddhpur, Gujarat, every batch is carefully handled using the perfect blend of traditional Indian techniques and modern machinery, ensuring uniform grains, bright appearance, and rich taste.

We procure high-quality Toor grains from selected regions across India and personally inspect each lot at the time of unloading to ensure consistency and superior quality.

The dal then undergoes pre-cleaning, oil dehusking, natural phatka process, sun drying, grading, colour sorting, and final packing — all under strict quality supervision.

It is a preferred choice across India for preparing authentic and flavorful Indian dals and curries such as:

Dal Fry, Dal Tadka, Gujarati Khati - Mithi Dal, Maharashtrian Amti, South Indian Sambar, Rasam, Dal Khichdi, Varhadi Dal, Dal Dhokli, Dal Palak, Puran Poli Filling, Mixed Vegetable Dal, Dal Panchmel, Khandeshi Dal, Toor Dal Curry, and many traditional regional dals.

Because of its natural phatka finish and uniform golden grains, this dal is especially favored by:
Households – for daily cooking due to its rich flavor and quick cooking time.

Restaurants & Caterers – for serving premium-quality dal preparations with authentic taste.

Wholesalers & Retailers – for consistent quality, natural shine, and high consumer preference.

Retail Packagers – who want attractive, bright dal that stands out for purity and freshness.

Instant Dal Mix Industry - for used in Dehydration ,Frozen dal & ready to cook dal mixes - in select products where cooked toordal is used.

Our Natural Phatka Dal delivers purity, tradition, and shine — without compromise .
